He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Earl and Alice Westgate Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Michael Timothy Sullivan of Newberry, Two, Christine Winchester of Charlotte and Kathleen Maez (David) of Greenwood; his sister Darlene Leitsch (Tom); and his grandchildren, Hunter Maez, Samantha Maez and Casey Winchester.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that trees be planted in his honor.
