He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Crawford Wilkes, Jr. and Willie Brown Wilkes. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis Wilkes; his children, Amanda Lloyd (Zach) and David Wilkes (Mandee) of Greenwood; his grandsons, Tanner Lloyd and Calvin Wilkes; and his sisters, Kay Gillian (Pete) of Chapin, Ann Wilkes of North Augusta and Jane Jackson (Jimmy) of Eureka.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blyth Funeral Home (1425 Montague Ave Ext, Greenwood, SC 29649). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Side Baptist Church (409 Northside Dr W, Greenwood, SC 29649).
