He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Willis Fulmer; his parents, Linda Staggs Earwood and Robert Clark Fulmer, Sr.; his children, Richard "Rick" Harrison, Jr. of Ninety Six and Nakia Patrick (Chuck) of Greenwood; his sister Donna Beacham of Simpsonville; and his grandchildren, Trey Harrison, Bailey Harrison, Sierra Harrison, Remington Clark (Kirsten), Kimmie Price and Toye Patrick (Bethany). He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Lung Association, 2023 North Church Place Spartanburg, SC 2933.
