He is survived by : his wife Angie Morris; his children, Roger Worthington, Jr. (Christine), Magen Craig (Buck), Jessica Crocker and Josh Crocker; his brothers, Tony Worthington (Kathy) and Artie Worthington, Jr.; his grandchildren, Abbi Craig, Bryleigh Craig, Destiny Reed and Eric Reed, Jr.; his great grandchild Cylvia Freeman; his nieces and nephews, Amy Evans, Ashley Worthington, Shelby Culbertson and Artie Worthington, III; and his cousins, JJ, Justin and Kevin.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel (1025 Main St S, Greenwood, SC 29646). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
