He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cleveland and Ruth Geddes Donahue; his son-in-law Jerry Hix; and his siblings, Belton Donahue and Fannie Anders.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine Blackwell Donahue; his children, Rachel D. Mullinax (Fred), Judy D. Yarborough (Doug) of Greer, Darlene D. Hix of Lyman and Roddy D. Donahue (Joy) of Duncan; and his grandchildren, Chadwick Yarborough (Jackie), Mandi Presley (Jeff), Skipper Hix (Ashley), Jason Yarborough (Caitlin), Brandon Hix (Sabrina), Noah Donahue and Jonah Donahue. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
