He is survived by: his friend Legion; his pet Kitty; his brothers, Willie Prater (Bill) and Wayne Prater, Jr.; his wife Sandra Kay Adams Prater; his children, Debora Ann Prater of Greer, SC, Sherri Prater Roberts of Taylors, SC, Sandra Slone (Roger) of Matewan, WV., Dallas Prater of Greenville, SC and Mark Prater (Jami) of Clay City; his grandchildren, Dakota Lee Prater (Averie) of Lyman, SC, Abigail McCoy Prater Scruggs (Zachary) of Lyman, SC and Emilee Angelica Joli; his great grandchildren, Layla Marie, Dylan Lee Prater, Brinley Grace Slone, Jace Ryan, Beckett Wayne Slone and Malia Rose Prater; and his siblings, Ross Prater (Carol), Terry Prater (Patty), Lucita Prater and Harmon Dotson. He is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
