He was predeceased by: his son Bradley Glenn Godfrey; and his brother Stanley Louis Godfrey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Holtzclaw Godfrey; his daughters, Candice Godfrey Stanton (Tommy) of Greer and Stephanie Smith Collins (John) of Greer; his sister Betty Godfrey Clayton of Greer; and his daughter-in-law Rachel Eaves Godfrey of Greer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
