It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Bruner Sr. (Greer, South Carolina), born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Bruner and Iva Elizabeth Aarnink Bruner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Taylor Bruner; his children, Cynthia Lou Bruner Bryson of Brevard, NC, Melissa Ann Bruner Ide (Mark) of Mooresville, NC, Elizabeth Jane Bruner Wallace (Don) of King, NC, Pamela Jean Bruner Hodge (David) of Tyrone, GA and Charles Nelson Bruner, Jr. (Laura) of Reidville; and his brother John S. Bruner (Jean) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
