He is survived by: his wife Terry M. Spearman; his children, Heather Knapik (Austin) of Easley, Jennifer Lee (Chad) of Greer and Christopher Spearman of Greer; his sister Kathy Spearman of Lyman; his grandchildren, Emalee Moore, Cal Lee and Cannon Lee; and his great grandchild Christina Moore.
