He is survived by: his wife Margie Ruth White Howell; his sons, Billy Howell of Greenville, Jimmy Howell (Drusilla) of Greer, Tony Howell of Greer and Robbie Howell (Maria) of Myrtle Beach; his siblings, Wendell Howell of Taylors and Catherine Odom of Greer; his granddaughter Makayla Marshall; and his great grandchild Tatum Marshall.
