It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas L. Simpson (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Cantrell Simpson; his son Mark Simpson (Irina) of Greer; his siblings, Sam Simpson of Surfside Beach, Sandra Shelton of Easley and Brenda Owen of Williamston; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Simpson and Alexandra Simpson.
