It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Stephens of Greer, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blackwell and Lila Jones Blackwell; and her siblings, Barbara Sanders, Fred Blackwell, Stanley Blackwell and Robert Blackwell.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Tice Stephens Sr.; and her children, Tice Stephens II, Vicky Sanders, Kathy Hannah (Phillip) and Jackie Sanders. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
