Eleanor June Coons Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor June Coons of Greer, South Carolina, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Felker and Ethel Felker (Emmick); her former husband Robert A. Coons; and her daughter Diane. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Kerestan; her daughter Janet Gubiotti of Greer, SC; her sister Betty F. Reese of Schuyler, NY; and her grandchildren, Joshua Freitas of Greer, SC, Jason Freitas of Charleston, SC, Brittany Storms of California and Taylor Coons of Greer, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, June's family wishes memorial donations be given to Bampa's House, P.O. Box 965, Corning, NY 14830 in memory of Robert and June Coons.
