We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 90, Evelyn Butler McAbee (Greer, South Carolina), born in Taylors, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse S. D. McAbee; her parents, Ramsey G. Butler and Robbie Caroline Butler; her son S. D. McAbee, Jr.; and her sisters, Elizabeth Bellwood and Carolyn Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rena Ann Hamrick (George) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Rhonda Carol Gooding (Steve) of Fayetteville, NC; and her siblings, Edie Bumgardner of Lake Hartwell, SC and Gordon Butler (Diane) of Deltona, FL. She is also survived by two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends after the cryptside service, keeping in mind social distancing guidelines.
