She was predeceased by: her husband Willis M. Thompson; her parent Marion "Boots"; her son Marion W. Thompson; and her sister Sandra Paul Pender. She is survived by: her daughter Sonya; her son-in-law Philip Hale; her grandchildren, Kevin Edwards (Jennifer), Mark Thompson (Lacey), Paige Hale, Philip Hale (Tiffany) and Brad Thompson; her great grandchildren, Marc McCrary, Addison Thompson, Kamdyn Edwards, Asher Edwards, Luke Thompson, Elias Hale, Barrett Thompson and Judah Hale; and her daughter-in-law Susan Thompson.
