It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Manning Freeland of Greer, South Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Manning Freeland and Josephene Clarke Freeland; his sons, Benji and Matt Freeland; and his sister Carolyn Richardson of Rock Hill.

He is survived by: his wife Sheela Snipes Freeland; and his siblings, Connie Rimmer of Simpsonville and Hugh Freeland of Connecticut.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Charity of ones choice.
