He was predeceased by: his siblings, Helen Genobles Brown and Homer H. Genobles. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Genobles Erwin (Sam) of Spartanburg; his granddaughters, Tammy Waddell Powell and Terry Waddell Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Sims (Danielle), Derrek Sims (Lauren), Will Coker (Brantley), Gavin Coker, Baleigh Coker Monte (Josh) and Tori Hall. He is also survived by eight great-great grandchildren.
