Gladys W. Aiken Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys W. Aiken (Greer, South Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Dillard Aiken; her daughter Lisa Pettit; her stepdaughter Kathy Leake; and her brother Roy Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Sharpe (Carlton) of Greer, Janet Suttles of Central and Susan Williams of Lyman; her stepdaughters, Carolyn DeShields of Reidville, Beverly Burrell (Gene) of Lyman, Diane Reid of Campobello and Wanda Stegall (James) of Campobello; and her son-in-law Doug Pettit of Spartanburg. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
