We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Hugh R. Lancaster (Greer, South Carolina), born in Chesnee, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Beth Harbeck Lancaster. He is survived by: his wife Rita Johnson Sloan Lancaster; his daughters, Libby L. Eaton (Doug) of Nashville, TN and Jane L. Hawkins (Dean) of Greer; his stepson Jay Sloan (Debbie) of Taylors; his brother Curt Lancaster (Hannah) of Chesnee; his grandchildren, Jonathan Eaton (Leah Frances), Rebecca Moss (Hunter), Briley Vickery (Bryan), Elliott Hawkins (Amanda) and Clayton Hawkins; and his stepgranddaughters, Amanda Guthrie and Jessica Sloan. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Fairview Baptist Church Foundation for the Future, 1300 Locust Hill Road, Greer, SC 29651.
