He is survived by: his wife Kathy Watson Harter; his sons, Thomas Troy Harter (Anna) of Wichita and Shawn Raymond Harter (Amy) of Wellford; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Faith Harter, Thomas Raymond Harter, Ansley Caryn Harter, Alexandra Ruth Harter and Toby James Harter. He is also survived by two brothers; two sisters.
