Rutland (Greer, South Carolina), born in Aiken, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 69, on December 25, 2020. He is survived by: his wife Vonda Oliver Rutland; his children, David Scott Rutland of Greer and Rebekah Ann Rutland of Greenville; and his sisters, Jo Ann Caldwell of Gilbert, Sylvia Kizer of Charleston and Patsy Coleman (Bill) of Daytona Beach, Florida.. He is also survived by his wife and two children.
