He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Melrose and Lolette Henery Dillard; and his brothers, Thomas E. Dillard and Bennie O. Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Dillard; his daughter Pamela Dillard Gay (David) of Inman; his siblings, Maxie Dillard (Francis) of Inman and Bobbie Tinsley (Phil) of Cross Hill; his grandson Tyler Gregory Gay; and his pet Dusty.
