He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Kendrick Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Carole Rogers (L. B.) of Greer and David Simmons (Paula) of Williamsburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Charlie Rogers (Ashton), Trevor and Wilson Simmons.
