He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Henry and Elizabeth Ann Roycroft Becker; and his siblings, Mary Jane Becker-Lewis and Charles F. Becker. He is survived by: his children, Susan Becker Gilreath (Brian) and Michael D. Becker; and his granddaughters, Julie E. Ruffin (Andrew) and Emily D. Ledbetter.
