He was predeceased by: his parent William Arthur Fowler; and his sister Sadie Robison. He is survived by: his grandfather John Fowler; his parent Pearl Henson Fowler; his wife Vicki Fowler; his children, Renee Raffaldt (Lin), Randy Fowler (Leisa) of Greer and Devon Fowler (Cindy) of Greer; his grandchildren, Miranda Breazeale, Travis Bryant (Amanda), Ryan Fowler, Jonathan Fowler (Annie), Erin Raffaldt, Lauren Lamb (Dylan) and Amberly Fowler; and his brothers, Carroll Fowler and Larry Fowler. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
