He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Bowling Skaug; and his parents, Walter R. Skaug and Helen Gebauer Skaug. He is survived by: his children, Karen Skaug of Tennessee, Laura Skaug of Tennessee and David Skaug (Lisa) of Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Emily Skaug, Noah Skaug and Ethan Skaug.
