He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances West Eubanks; his sons, Tommy Eubanks (Angie) of Inman and Woodie Eubanks (Jayme) of Oneonta, Alabama; his grandchildren, T. J., Hunter of Courtney, A. C., Mary Katherine and Crews; and his great grandchildren, Buck, Sutton and Everly.
