He was predeceased by: his children, Robert B. Page and Donna L. Hackley (Page); and his siblings, Stanley, Bruce Lynn, Jane and Betty Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Viola; his children, Gail L. Caswell, Brenda L. Gregory and Russell Page (Diane) of Antioch, IL; and his stepdaughters, Deborah Fisher (Bruce), Doreen Clappin (Jim), S. Kingstown, Dawn Cooper (Jim) and Naples. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
