He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hembree Westmoreland; his children, Randy Edward Westmoreland (Sondra), Susan Elaine Clayton (Tim) and Lisa Michelle Westmoreland; and his sisters, Hazel Thompson and Doris Bradshaw.
