He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Forrest and Ethel Aspen Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Beryl Johanna Forrest; his children, Kim Forrest Mulligan (Kenith) of Taylors and Sean Robert Forrest (Tina) of Fountain Inn; his brother Thomas Hugh Forrest of Blackburn, England; his grandchildren, Ian Faulkenberry (Shelly) and Amber Forrest; and his great grandchild Olivia Faulkenberry.
