He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Ellison Caldwell; his sons, Dale Caldwell (Nancy) of Boiling Springs, Craig Caldwell (Cathy) of Woodruff and Todd Caldwell (Angela) of Taylors; his sister Elvira Knighton of Greer; and his grandchildren, Jessica Ethridge of Greenville, Jeremy Caldwell of Spartanburg, Sarah James of Spartanburg and Daniela Bustamante of Taylors. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
