He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dewey and Barbara Covington (Dorton). He is survived by: his wife Monica Dianne Dailey Covington; his sons, Christopher Steven Covington of Greer and Joshua Scott Covington of Greer; his siblings, Rodney Darrin Covington (Karen) of Inman and Lisa Beth Shaver (Rusty) of Spartanburg; and his siblings' children, Chad Covington (Mindy), Brandon Goen (Madison), Andrew Goen (Christina), Hannah Stoner (Clint) and Holly Brown (Freddie).
