He was predeceased by: his spouse Drucillia Ann Stenzinger Barron; his parents, Cecil Talmadge and Margie Ledford Barron; his daughter Pam Johnson; and his siblings, Jack Barron and Virginia Mullins.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Barron (Kim) of Salisbury, NC, Skee Barron (Karen) of Greer and Julie Barron Edwards (Kenny) of Inman; and his brothers, Bobby Barron of Inman and Bruce Barron of Anderson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
