He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Austin and Ethel Price Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Cox Baxley; his children, Stephen Austin Baxley of Powdersville, Phillip Edward Baxley (Lisa) of Woodruff, Jason Charles Baxley (Angie) of Cumming, GA and Cynthia Baxley (Fritz Smith) of Greenville; his brother James Andrews Baxley (Nancy) of Anderson; and his grandchildren, Allison Reyes Amaya, Eddie Rivera and Rhiannon Rampey.
