He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Fitzgerald and Annie Lorena Perrin (Miller); his brothers, Sterling Miller "Puz" and Charles Robert "Bobby" Perrin; and his sister-in-law Beverly Perrin.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Evelyn Perrin; his children, Leigh Ann Elsey (David) and Sharon Smith (Steve); his grandchildren, Lindsey Elsey, Emily Orial (Adrian), Creighton Smith (Esther), Brenden Smith (Lauren) and Regan Graham (Marcus); his great grandchildren, Winston, Preston Smith, Riggins Orial and Perrin Smith; and his sister-in-law Shirley Perrin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
