We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Carl Wood Parnell Jr. of Hanahan, South Carolina, born in North Charleston, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Carl Wood Parnell Sr.; and his sister Linda Parnell. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Parnell; his mother Emma Lee Parnell; his children, Carl Wood Parnell III (Michelle), Matthew Parnell (Shelia) and Traci High (Billy Sr.); his stepdaughter Jamie Coleson; his grandchildren, Lorelai Parnell, Leona Parnell and Adeline High; his sister Shirley Neumann (David); and his niece Jamie Lynn. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
