He is survived by: his wife Cathy Elaine Winburn Burr of Hartsville; his daughters, Renee Freeman (Donnie) of Hartsville, Sherry Galloway (Richie) of Hartsville and Becky Suggs (Josh) of Darlington; his sister Brenda Brigman (Ed) of Laurinburg; and his grandchildren, Matthew Galloway, Trace Hogge, Andrew Galloway, Tori Freeman and Perielle Suggs.
