He was predeceased by : his father Julian Shull Moore III; his brother Kenneth Daniel Moore; and his nephew Jason Moore. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Windham Moore; his niece Amanda R. Hopkins (John); his nephews, Casey R. Moore (Jessica) and Daniel R. Moore (Courtney); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaelyn S. Hopkins, Addison G. Hopkins, Aiden M. Hopkins and Callen J. Moore.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the West Hartsville Baptist Church (1003 W Carolina Ave, Hartsville, SC 29550). A reception was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
