She is survived by: her husband John Stephen Blackwell of Hartsville, SC; her children, Jon Blackwell of Spartanburg, SC and Stephanie Hungerpiller (David) of Georgetown, SC; her sister Connie Lloyd of Hartsville, SC; her grandchildren, Tyler Hungerpiller (Megan), Sloan Hungerpiller and Edie Blackwell; and her great grandchild Clara Hungerpiller.
