She was predeceased by : her husband Harvey L. Grayson, Sr.; her parents, William Thomas Phillips, Sr. and Sallie Coker Phillips; and her siblings, Mary Phillips Epps, Virginia Coker Phillips, Lula Phillips, Naomi P. Ward, Cecil Phillips, Wilbur Phillips, Leslie Phillips, W. T. Phillips, Henry Phillips and Jack Phillips.

She is survived by : her children, Leon Grayson (Carolyn) of Kingstree, Sarah V. Grayson of Litchfield, C. Allen Grayson of Kingstree and Myra Grayson Nuttall (Steve) of Georgetown; her grandchildren, BetC Copeland (Grier), Bart Grayson (Carrie), Tish Grayson and Sean Grayson (Heather); her great grandchildren, Carter, Peyton Copeland, Jonathan and Stephen Grayson; and her niece Doris P. Cline.
