He is survived by: his children, Charles Shelley (Tammy) and Katrina Burlake; his siblings, Jesse Shelley (Joyce), Anthony Shelley (Marilyn) and Sandra Shelley; and his friend Hank Richardson. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
