He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Flint Tanner and Lucille Spigner Tanner; and his sister Merry T. Hewett. He is survived by: his children, Cecelia Cagle Tanner, Lord, Megan Tanner Cribb (Jason) and Charles Jordan Tanner (Allie); his grandchildren, Addison Grace, Harrison Jake, Jase Hannibal and Ava Lucille; and his sisters, Marilyn Dianne Lewis (Mike) and Lori Poston (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
