Gaster and Claudia Johnson Gaster; his wife Billie Jean Evans Gaster; his children, Billie Lynn Thompson, Cynthia Ann Williamson (Donn), Dannetta G. Hill (Bobby), Marilyn Jean Gregory (Kyle) and Dan L. Gaster (Lori); his siblings, Gladys G. Daniel (Earl), James William "Billy" Gaster and Frances "Juicy" Gaster; and his son-in-law William Harvey Thompson.
