She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Miles and Fannie Anne Matthews Miles; her daughter Sandra Kipp; and her brother Robert "Stumpy" Miles. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Baxley; her children, Bobbie Gaymon (Todd), Debbie Woodberry (Leo) and Wendy Poston (Jimmy); and her siblings, Francis Coward (Doug) and Willard "Pete" Miles Coward. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
