We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2022, at the age of 81, Gloria Elizabeth Pressley Burroughs of Hemingway, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Belin Pressley and Janie Mae Pressley; her husband Collin Burroughs; and her siblings, Booker T., Ruth, Roscoe, Ralph and Peter James.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Williams (Terry) of Columbia, SC and Winfred Pressley (Yvette) of Fort Mill, SC; her siblings, Fannie Nesmith of Nesmith and Thinnell Pressley (Lorine) of Hemingway, SC; and her grandchildren, Melanie Williams, Breanna Williams, Denzel Pressley, Khari Pressley and Nia Pressley. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
