Frasier, Jessie Saintil of Conway, SC, Charlene Williams (David) of Hemingway, SC and Charlotte Frasier of Hemingway, SC; her husband Charles Frasier; and her brothers, Eli Jenkins, Jr. (Dot) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Ulysees Jenkins (Jean) of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Odell Jenkins of Hemingway, SC, Willie Joe Jenkins (Annette) of Hemingway, SC and Robert Ripley (Gail) of Hemingway, SC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
