She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Walter Eaddy and Leland Reginald Eaddy; her grandchildren, Chasity Danielle Eaddy, Tara Eaddy Barrineau (Steven) and Phillip Walter Eaddy, Jr.; and her brothers, Larry Baxley (Esda) and Clark Baxley (Carolyn). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
