He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Lewis and Rena Lawson Lewis; and his siblings, Vernon Lewis, Cary Lewis, Hughie Lewis, Frank Lewis, Doug Lewis and Mattie Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Moore (Buddy) of Hemingway, Buddy Lovell (Donna) of Hemingway, Linda Fisher (Rivers) of Hemingway and Mitchell Lewis of Florida; and his brother Edward Lewis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
