He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Llewellyn Evans, Sr. and Florrie Creel Evans; and his brothers, Kay Evans, Avery "Shot" Evans and Joseph L. Evans, Jr..
He is survived by: his brother Amusement Co; his children, Chasity Dotson (Lee), Kim Marlow (Wayne), Seth Evans (Morgan) and Sammy Evans; his grandchildren, Cassidy (Alex), Dawson, Elizabeth Grace, Jessilynn (Ethan), Jerrob, Michael (Gloria), Lunden and Emmaline; his great grandchildren, Kyson and Saylor-Gray; and his siblings, Pam Creel (J. E.) and Bryan Evans (Tammy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
