It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perry Jones of Hemingway, South Carolina, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Edward Jones and Leatha Bishop Jones; and his brother James Edward Bishop (Punu). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jones; his children, Jermaine (Marilyn), Patrice and Kevin; his grandchildren, Charmayne, Alyssa, Mia, Kevin Jr., Kalin and Kalani; his sisters, Beverly (Edwin) and Carolyn; his sister-in-law Harriet P. Bishop; his brother Michael Jones; and his friend Dave Hunter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
